We are a Veteran Owned Company.
We both served in the United States Navy, stationed in Bremerton, WA.
In fact, our service aboard the USS Rainier (AOE-7), inspired the name of our company.
We reside in North Texas with our 3 children.

Tim has been a TREC licensed inspector for 8​ years. He has completed the required training and classes to become a licensed Professional Inspector.
He brings with him more than 25 years of construction knowledge and experience.
Tim is also a Native Texan. He is familiar with the climate and conditions of Texas that can play a factor in a home's condition.
He is also a Texas Licensed Insurance Adjuster.

Denise has 2 years experience in working directly with Real Estate Agents and Home Buyers & Sellers to coordinate inspections.
She brings with her 25 years experience in Administration, and more recently, Quality Assurance training. Her role and her goal is to make the inspection process go as smoothly as possible.
